Information for Parents

All students who are injured or feeling unwell are required to obtain permission from the class teacher before reporting to First Aid. All student medications (including pain relief or ANY OVER THE COUNTER MEDICATIONS) must be handed into First Aid, be pharmacy labelled, and in the correct packaging. Supporting paperwork needs to be uploaded in Parent Lounge (upload against medical condition). This includes written authorisation from a qualified Medical Practitioner (eg. doctor or dentist, not a pharmacist).

The required documentation can be accessed below.

Emergency Medications such as Epi-pens and asthma puffers should be accompanied by an up-to-date Action Plan (less than 1-year old) that is signed by both parent/carer/guardian and a Medical Practitioner.
